Rufabgo creek waterfalls. Waterfalls rufabgo, Adygea.

09.07.2019 Festive

And since then it has been on the “someday must-go list” list. We will describe the advantages of this place later, well, for me personally, one of the advantages was that from the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, where the Lago-Naki plateau is located, you can walk to the Black Sea, which means you can take a walk in the mountains swim, and go relatively close to the inhabitants of the middle Volga. About 2000 km. Same it is less, than on Baikal, for example! And where is the Caucasian Biosphere Reserve, how to get there? So this is Adygea! What a beautiful region! Well, since we are going to Lago-Naki, we need to see what is next to you. A "side by side" just Mecca tourist, both active and more relaxed - excursion. Kamennomostsky (or in another way Khadzhokh), Mezmay, Dakhovskaya. The names of the settlements were full of sights, streams, gorges, caves, canyons, waterfalls. And then I realized that the allotted seven days to this region is very little. Well, then, we will definitely be back! In the meantime, let's start!

We drove Maykop, a beautiful city, with many, as it seemed to me, historic buildings. We are approaching Kamennomostsky, and here in the distance in the blue mist the mountains began to appear temptingly. And heart pounded in anticipation. Here they are getting closer and closer.

An interesting combination, not like either Altai or the North Caucasus or the Urals. It seems the mountains are already on the horizon, and you are still riding along a plain with a typical Krasnodar landscape.

Have driven in Kamennomostsky.

We will not paint the history of this settlement, everything is in detail in Wikipedia, in short I will only mention that the Adygeya village of Khodzhiko was located on the site of the modern settlement. He was famous for his long defense of Mohamed Amin, Naib Shamil, against the Russian troops during the Caucasian War. Naib - means authorized, deputy. Also here was one of the threads of the Silk Road, a part of which can be seen at the “Turkish Bazaar” - a small cobbled square on the outskirts of the village where the slave or slave market was located. The village, by the way, is often called Hajokh. This should be borne in mind, as even on the routes of buses can be indicated either one or the other.

In our time, Kamennomosti is one of the tourist centers of Adygea. There are many camp sites, guest houses, private hotels. There is even a Tourism House. There are enough shops to buy all the necessary products, there is also a local grocery market. In the evening we went to the store, walking along the village at the same time. How beautiful is the sunset in the mountains.

In Kamennomostsky can be reached by car. From Maykop to it is 38 kilometers. Also from Maikop go buses as scheduled, and route. And of course you can get here by train, this is the terminal station Khadzhokh. We stopped at the Camping "Comfort".

This place was advised by an acquaintance who has repeatedly traveled to Lago-Naki, and now we can advise him. Prices as on site, reasonable. And photos of numbers correspond to reality. The only minus is that the place is popular, and for the weekend here come to barbecues from Krasnodar, Rostov and not only. Accordingly, the music. And on other days - lepota! Well, for silence you have to go to the mountains. While resting from the move, they planned a route in the gazebo. We also decided that on the first day we would do a warm-up excursion to local sights, and go to the mountains in a day.

Rufabgo Falls.

The choice fell on Rufabgo Falls. Where are the waterfalls can be viewed on Wikimapia. The gorge of the Rufabgo River, which flows into the Belaya River. From the geological reference it follows that this is a canyon built of limestone from the Upper Jurassic period, broken by granites. And, indeed, the water in the river at the waterfalls smells strongly of limestone, and the color is clay with limestone.

The pedestrian bridge over the Belaya river to the waterfalls is located two kilometers from Kamennomostsky along the road to Dakhovskaya. The passage is organized as a visit to the sights and cost 300 rubles in the summer of 2015. You can get for free if you go from Kamennomostsky on the left bank of the White River through the Adygei ancestral forest, at the same time looking into the Through-Through Cave. We went the first way. It is possible to relate to such a phenomenon as a paid passage in different ways, but I think this is currently a good solution, since the place is taken care of, the garbage is taken away, recreational facilities are created and paths are marked. And if the place were absolutely free to visit and no one would have looked after it, then our man would have filled him up with mountains of garbage and broke everything, sadly. And so at least, according to the theory of broken windows, where it is clean, then there is less litter.

Parking, ticket office, bridge.

Rufabgo falls into Belaya in the place where the river bends slightly and the threshold begins. This is the smallest waterfall and it is called "Three Brothers". We read about it later, and during the walk did not even notice.

After the bridge we enter a small square with cafes and a mini-market. At the sight of this square, I was a little tense, will it really continue like this? But everything is in order, then begins the forest and nature.

The trail concerns the Adygsky clan forest.

Circassians (Circassians) were and remain very connected with nature. Groves, individual trees had an important, sacred meaning. They were worshiped, they were kept. But the tree was perceived not as a detached divine being, but as part of the world, above-ground, earthly and underground. Particularly Circassians revered oak, a symbol of strength and power. Such worship and respect for nature were found in Europe, among the Druids, and among the Finno-Ugrians, and among many nations eastward. Sacred groves and forests are still preserved in Udmurtia. In 2008, a project to revive traditions began in Adygea. The forest is divided into areas by birth and family.

A new man was born - a new oak is planted. On the young oak tree hang a sign, tamga. Tamga was formerly used as a generic seal on products made by a family or a native, as a cattle brand, and could also be placed on the front doors.

Passing a little further, on the left appears the first of the waterfalls, called "Noise."

We are moving to the next waterfall. The sightseeing trail is equipped in such a way that moving along it preserves the feeling of being in nature and not in the park.

Some of the tourists do not give rest to the creation of nature, and they add their own. However, they do not introduce disharmony.

The next waterfall that appears before us is “Cascade”.

It is impossible not to pay attention to the layering and folding of rocks. Personally, I have always been amazed by such works of nature.

Slowly we approach the first, as it seemed to me, really interesting waterfall - “Heart of Rufabgo”. According to legend, the big stone that blocked the path of the river is the petrified heart of the evil giant Rufabgo, who was defeated by the brave youth Khadzhokh.

We went down to the water.

Lizards that day were everywhere.

The desire to come closer was, but tormented by doubts. And here, as in a proverb, a bad example worked, which turned out to be infectious. While I was making shots, the guy skipped ahead along the left edge. Everywhere there are warning signs that going down there is life threatening, and this is true. I had to walk along wet and moss-covered protrusions formed by layers. And below the water, what depth - is not known. And to her a few more meters. In general, it is necessary to clearly realize whether you are ready for this or not. What is your training, both physical and psychological, and what footwear you have.

And such a view from above.

"Maiden Spit", or "Lace" - this is the last waterfall, which usually reaches the majority of tourists.

But then you need to bypass it on the right and climb a rather steep and slippery slope. As I understand it, this ascent stops many.

And there is a reason to climb. The view opens gorgeous.

Immediately after a steep climb to the right of the waterfall, the trail goes up and to the right.

And despite the fact that it is marked the same way as the path to the waterfalls, it does not lead to them. It seems quite logical that up is not there, but we thought that she would come back. Did not return. If you continue to go up the path, then there will be a climb with the name "Enjoy Your Bath". More precisely, and you can not imagine, especially in the middle of the day, when the sun is at its zenith.

And then you go to the ridge Azish-Tau. In general, there are no waterfalls, which is logical. But we got horses!

After admiring the panorama from the ridge, we decided to go down to the gorge and try to find the right path to the next, sixth waterfall.

Generally, moving further along the path, which occasionally, and sometimes not occasionally, is lost, we got the impression that only the stubborn or curious go to the sixth waterfall, as even the marks on the trees became less and less. But still they are, and you will not be lost.

And through the crowns of trees in the distance we see a huge rock! This is Watchtower rock, and it seems that the goal is close! But where to turn? We go through the stream to the left, for seemingly fresh tracks. And it seems that we see similar marks on trees, but such a natural composition of branches and fallen trees does not increase the confidence that we are going in the right direction.

And here we are surrounded by giant boulders. And the path disappeared somewhere. This is a dead end. As we later learned, this is the “Rockfall” waterfall.

I noticed a pass at the top. I didn’t hope that there was a right way, but it was interesting to climb. We climb.

Oh, what a wonderful huge crack in the rock!

From there, and the view of the right path, that's just how to get there?

Get down and go around. At the same time, do not be surprised that you will need to go up, then down, then climb over stones and logs, then crossing streams and shallow river. This is the normal way, the other is not.

And here is the Watchtower. As they say, the remains of an ancient fortress were found on it. We did not plan to check this information, we would find the sixth waterfall! We go around and go down again.

And so we found it! Rather them. Since this is a cascade of two waterfalls. It was worth it of course. The upper waterfall "The Bowl of Love" turns into the "Girlish Braids". Do not confuse with the fifth waterfall "Maiden Spit".

But how to get to the Bowl of Love? Yeah, that looks like the only way! In principle, if you remember how often we climbed trees as a child, so it’s a damn good job!

But actually the purpose of our searches! The Lost World, and only. So it seems that now pterodactyl will seem somewhere in the sky.

And this is called the "Bowl of Love." According to legend, if lovers drink from a cup together, at the same time, their love will be strong and eternal!

And the time is already half past five, and it’s time to get ready for the return trip, yet the path to the Bowl of Love is tortuous and thorny. Last look at beauty and go.

On the way back we notice tags and other devices for such stubborn and inquisitive ones as we, who go to almost the last waterfall. Why almost? And because there is also the seventh waterfall. But how to get there, at that time it was not clear, and time was running out. So how soon will it get dark. I suppose that it was necessary to bypass the Watchtower rock along the Bachurin creek.
On the way back, we walk around the cliff again and take a quick step towards the exit. About 2.5-3 kilometers.

The walk took 5 hours. At the same time, we spent the turn towards the Azish-Tau ridge and the “Enjoy Your Bath” ascent. The next day is scheduled to go to the Caucasus Biosphere Reserve on the Lago-Naki plateau.

The rain stopped only closer to the second half of the day, when we were completely desperate to wait for it to stop and decided to go to the waterfall anyway.
So, today we had the first acclimatization exit before going to Elbrus. If someone does not know why this is done, I will briefly explain.

The fact is that a person cannot quickly move to a greater height without consequences for his state of health. This is due to the decrease in the height of air pressure and the amount of oxygen. If we are talking about 3000 meters, then acclimatization is not needed, but if an unprepared person from 2000 meters to quickly rise to 5000, and even stay there for a while, then mountain sickness is provided. I will not go into details of how it manifests itself. If anyone is interested, write, tell or give a link on the relevant information.
So the mountains rise gradually, giving your body time to adapt.

Of course, you can not beat around the bush, and spend all acclimatization on Elbrus itself, but we still wanted to see the surroundings, and at the same time get used to the height.

2. The road to the waterfall, I must say, leads not quite to it - it will be just along the way. And it leads to the Terskol Peak Observatory.

It is not difficult to find the road, it begins in the village of Terskol and goes right immediately after the river valley with the same name (if you look towards Elbrus). On any detailed map, of course, it will be marked.

3. Avalanche barriers on the opposite slope.

4. We have already risen to the very clouds, there was snow, spring dampness in the air.

5. Stone layers look interesting in an upright position.

6. In some places, the road is heavily stoned. In the meantime, we hit the cloud, visibility has decreased significantly, but there is hope that the whole cloud mass is not homogeneous.

The main road goes to the side, and a few hundred meters to the waterfall there is a narrow path along a steep slope. Because of the clouds, it is not clear what is below, and this causes a feeling of the abyss, although in fact you know that this is not so. From here, the sound of water is already well heard.

7. Here we come. Looking at him, it is understandable why the maiden braids were named as a waterfall.

8. Water spreads widely to the sides, splashing does not occur much, and therefore it is possible to come very close.

9. Jets of water near.

10

11. View down.

There are many waterfalls with such a name, but in my opinion the Maiden braids in the Elbrus region are the most impressive.

12. Parting clouds, allowed to briefly see the outlines of the opposite mountains.

Well, today does not end there. Further it was even more interesting! About this - in the next section.

The river (or stream) Rufabgo is the left tributary of the Belaya River, about 17 km long. Rufabgo originates on the northern slope of the Azishi range and flows into Belaya 2 km above the village of Kamennomostsky.

According to legend, Rufabgo was called a giant who once lived in these places. He was angry and fierce, and his name meant "mad, obstinate." There is also a version that this is a distorted Adyghe word "syryfybg", which translates as "white supersity (hill)", due to the abundance of foaming (white) waterfalls. According to other sources, the name has been redone from “gufabgo (gufabggu)”, which literally means “nine that fit next” - according to the number of nine main waterfalls.

To see Rufabgo, one must pass over the bridge over the Belaya River canyon in the village of Kamennomostsky, turn left and go up the river along the bank. To the left of the gorge, there is a sound of water, and to the right a sheer, overhanging wall is rising.

It’s about 2 km from Rufabgo. The path winds through a fairly dense forest in the shade of twisted lianas and spitting hornbeams, oaks, maples and elms.

The stream is known, first of all, for its waterfalls, as well as for the variety of rocks of different geological periods emerging on the surface. Here you can see the gray fine-limestone marbled limestones of the lower Triassic, which were formed 180-170 million years ago. Upstream, pink granodiorites come to the surface. The upper parts of the valley slopes are composed of light gray and white Upper Jurassic limestones aged 130–120 million years.

Due to the fact that Rufabgo crosses rocks that are heterogeneous in terms of hardness and conditions of occurrence, the channel widens and narrows, forming waterfalls of various shapes and heights. The river flows through a canyon, the depth of which near the mouth reaches 160 m.

The main attraction of these places, of course, are the waterfalls, which number in Rufabgo 15. Most often, the tourists are visited by the first five, which are the largest and most spectacular.
The first of the waterfalls, which is called “Noise”, is just 15 minutes walk from the highway Khadzhokh (Kammenomostsky) - Dakhovskaya. Its name speaks for itself - from a height of about 5 m the water flows with noise fall into a small lake.

Further the path wanders through the gorge, forest thicket and heaps of stones. The second waterfall is more modest than the first, some even pass it without noticing. But it is no less beautiful and there are no crowds of tourists nearby.

But no one will pass by the third waterfall. The bed of the stream in this place is blocked by a huge stone block, resembling a human heart. On the right, a thin brook falls into a deep ravine, the rocks of which are thickly overgrown with moss and reflect from any sound with a mysterious echo. This waterfall is called the “Heart of Rufabgo”. According to legend, the evil giant kept the locals at bay, and took the most beautiful girls as a tribute. Many wanted to kill him, but it was impossible to do this, since the severed arm or head immediately appeared in the giant again. But once a brave and dexterous young man, Hojoh met a wise old man named Mezmay in the mountains, who listened to him and gave him a leather bag with powder. The elder explained to the young man that it was necessary to drive up to Rufabgo from the windward side, pour out the powder from which a cloud was formed. Once in this cloud, Rufabgo will cease to see and at this moment it is necessary to chop his chest, take out his heart and throw him as far as possible. And so the brave Khojoh of the evil giant conquered. And the heart of Rufabgo, abandoned in the gorge, turned to stone and turned into a huge boulder. After the showers, the stream here becomes brownish-red from eroded clay and it seems that blood flows from a huge heart.

To the right of the Lace you can find a thick log with metal pins replacing the steps. If you climb up, then on the left there is a path with almost vertical climbs and slippery slopes. This path will lead to the place where Rufabgo merges with its tributary - the Bachurina stream. In this place there is a high rock, surrounded on three sides by a stone monolith. At the top of the cliff, a practically destroyed fortress is visible, and among the fragments of rocks and various stone piles there is a very beautiful two-tier waterfall “Girl's Spit”.

To the next waterfall, you can move several paths, passing along boulders on both sides of the stream.

At the end of the path the waterfall of love chirps. A huge boulder hangs over this waterfall, forming a small niche in the lower part, in which, if necessary, you can even wait out the rain.

Rufabgo Falls.
Rufabgo Falls are located in the gorge of the Rufabgo River, one of the tributaries of the river. These waterfalls are one of the most picturesque and famous landmarks of the Republic of Adygea. In the lower part, the river flows in a deep gorge surrounded by steep slopes that end up with impregnable steep walls of cliffs above - this particular area of Rufabgo is of the greatest interest for tourists coming to Adygea. A few kilometers away is the village of Kamennomostsky, also known as Hadzhoh. It is here that most of the tourist routes of the republic originate, including excursions to Rufabgo.

Huge popular among tourists is the section of the Rufabgo River, which flows through a deep gorge surrounded by rocky slopes, which, with an increase in height, turn into impregnable rocks. A dozen waterfalls are located here, the most picturesque of which are such waterfalls as Lace, Bowl of Love, Heart of Rufabgo, Girlish Braids, Noise and Cascade.

Along the creek to the fifth from the bottom of the “Maiden Spit” waterfall there is an excursion route. To its beginning, located at the mouth of the Bolshoi Rufabgo creek, there is a pedestrian bridge, in front of which there is a parking lot along the route on the Belaya bank. Passage on the bridge is paid. Those who wish to explore the waterfalls for free, can walk on foot from the village of Kamennomostsky along the left bank of the river. In this case, they will introduce themselves and other attractions of the area: the Turkish bazaar, the ancient Circassian gardens and the cave Through. A marked trail along a rather steep descent leads to the beginning of the excursion route.

About the first waterfall "Three Brothers" usually do not know and pass by. The waterfall is located on the edge of the gorge, with it Rufabgo creek falls down into White. "Three brothers" can be seen from the bridge (paid version). Behind this waterfall there is a cozy glade with gazebos, souvenir shops, cafes and attractions. After passing through the clearing, you will see the first waterfall of the ten major ones - the Noise waterfall. Waterfall is heard from afar. Breaking from a height of more than 6 meters, it forms a bowl of water, a resting place for tourists. The descent to the waterfall is equipped with a metal staircase with handrails. Continuing to walk, soon you will hear how a continuous stream of water falls from the slope, and then you will see the picture itself. This is a small but unusually beautiful waterfall "Cascade", consisting of several small steps. Undoubtedly, the third waterfall of the gorge, called the “Heart of Rufabgo”, is the most majestic of all the Rufabgo waterfalls. He received this name for the shape of the rock, from which falls a huge stream of cold water.

Here the trail section equipped for visitors ends and, in order to see the remaining waterfalls, you will have to climb 900 meters along a not so convenient path. For those who overcome a challenging ascent, two waterfalls will immediately be rewarded - “Girl's Braids” and “Chalice of Love”. In this place, from the height of five meters, streams of the purest water flow down from the rocks into the bowl created by nature itself. And literally 40 meters away from the “Chalice”, flowing down in gentle curves, the waters of the river intertwine into beautiful “Girlish Braids”. Next is another waterfall - "Lelkin", but to get there, you need to be a truly prepared tourist.

In total, the stream formed 16 waterfalls in the gorge and a lot of rapids of various heights, but not everything is decided to continue along the not equipped path. The highest of the listed waterfalls, “The Maiden's Spit”, falls in a narrow stream from a height of about 15 m. The water-boiler under it has a width of up to 10 meters, the depth at the foot is up to 2 meters. In this bowl, the water is agitated and slowly turns, then reaches the edge of the underlying ledge and rushes down along the edges of thin layers of limestone. Waterfalls "Sukhoi" and "Grand" reach a height of 20 and 15 meters, respectively. To pass the route and overcome the waterfalls enough minimal climbing equipment.

The Legend of Rufabgo and Khadzhokh. Like any tourist site, Rufabgo Falls has its own beautiful legend. It says that in former times, the valley of the White River was chosen by an evil giant named Rufabgo, who possesses no physical or magical strength. There lived a giant sorcerer in the cave through, located near the first waterfall. Here he drew his strength and kept in touch with evil spirits, thanks to which he was able to enslave many settlements of the Belaya river valley. From each village, the evil giant Rufabgo led away the most beautiful girl, and with the young men who were trying to free them, he cruelly punished. So in one of the villages lived a brave and slim young man Khadzhokh, who had a girlfriend. Hadzhoh knew that very soon Rufabgo would come for her.

To avoid this, the young man went to the mountains of Adygea in search of the good wizard Mezmay. Having found it, Khadzhokh learned that there is only one way to defeat the evil giant: having approached the sorcerer from the windward side, it is necessary to pour out the powder, the cloud formed from it for a moment disorients the giant, and at that moment it is necessary to remove the heart from its chest and throw it as far as possible. After carefully listening to the elder, the young man went to Rufabgo's lair. Having found the giant, the hero offered him to fight, but the giant, having heard this, only burst out laughing. Leaving into the valley on his horse, the fierce Rufabgo wanted to attack Khadzhokh, but was stuck in the ground, soaked through with strong spring rains. At that moment, the young man poured out the powder and immediately a cloud enveloped the giant. Without a moment's delay, the Adyghe young man hacked the villain’s chest, took out his heart and threw him as far as possible. Falling into the gorge, the heart of the evil giant Rufabgo turned into a huge stone, blocking the path of a fleeting creek. And the waterfall, formed as a result, began to be called the Rufabgo waterfall.

After heavy spring showers, the stream instantly transforms: the water becomes cloudy and acquires a reddish tint due to the deposits of red clay in the upper reaches of the stream, giving the impression that red blood is gushing from Rufabgo’s heart in an endless stream.

Near the village of Kamennomostsky are Rufabgo waterfalls. We visited them in June.

They are a natural monument of republican significance.

They are named for the stream on which they are located. The stream stretches along the ridge Azish-Tau, is the left tributary of the Belaya River.

Down to it leads a metal staircase.

The height of the waterfall is 6 meters, under it is a bowl. Probably at other times there is a lot of bathing here. But after the rain the water is cloudy, there were no people willing to climb into it.

I'm at the Noise Falls

Excursion equipped route less than 1.5 kilometers one way. To walk this distance through the gorge is not so easy, especially after rain. Along the way - many obstacles in the form of puddles, roots on the road, slippery natural stone stairs and narrow passages, in which visitors crowd.

Rufabgo creek is quiet. With a profile of a lion on a stone 🙂

in some places it turns into turbulent streams of turbid water.

Legend of the Heart of Rufabgo

Reached the falls Heart of Rufabgo. From the bridge - 1,270 meters.

A stream of water bends around a huge stone block, resembling the outline of a heart. About the stone folded legend.

Waterfall Heart of Rufabgo

Once upon a time in these parts people lived happily. But in the deep gorge the evil giant Rufabgo settled and began to oppress the inhabitants of the village. Picked up half the crop and offspring from livestock and poultry. Then he became impudent, he demanded local girls to become slaves.

The men decided to kill the giant. But he was immortal. Even if his heart was pierced with an arrow, he did not die.

The young men went to the wise man who lives on Mount Fisht. He said: "You can kill a giant only by blinding him and tearing out his heart." And he gave a miraculous powder that should be thrown into the eyes of the villain.

A brave hunter named Khadzhokh went to battle with the giant. Trapped and threw a handful of powder in Rufabgo’s face. Then he cut his chest, tore out his heart and threw it into the gorge. A warm heart hissed, but the water of the stream quickly cooled it and it turned to stone.

Go past the kissing stones.

True, it seems that the stones kiss?

Again, up the stone steps.

At the top of the stairs is the petrified face of a giant, see?

Closes the excursion-equipped route waterfall Girl's Spit (Lace).

To him from the bridge over the White River - 1 420 meters.

This waterfall is high, about 15 meters.

Beneath it is a huge bowl of water, like a small lake.

Our children at Rufabgo Falls Maiden Spit

We came after a heavy rain. The water was brown and muddy.

Impressions of Rufabgo Falls

After the trekking trail ends, a wild trail is further trodden on. The fact is that there are several waterfalls and rapids on the stream, including the large ones - Sukhoi (20 meters high) and Grandiose (15 meters). But the path already at the very beginning is so steep and slippery that after the rain we and the children did not dare to climb it.

The route left a double impression. On the one hand, nature is always beautiful, and we are great lovers. On the other hand, one should not walk here after the rains. Yet much nicer to admire the clear water than the muddy muddy streams.

I did not like the fact that in many places after the rain the stones are incredibly slippery and not that there is no railing - even any wire or rope to hold onto is missing. Taking into account the fact that there are a lot of people, it takes time to let everyone pass, and to have time to slip through all this dirt, rocks and slippery places ...

There is no longer just pleasure from a walk, but simply the constant forcing of obstacles. We passed quite easily, although sometimes the husband gave his hand to the children so that they would not fall on the slippery stones. And it was a pity to look at elderly people and parents with small children.

Travel TipsBe sure to wear comfortable athletic shoes. Desirable sneakers. Watch out for the kids! In dangerous places, hold your hand. Do not let go to the edge of the cliffs.

How to find waterfalls Rufabgo.Located south of the village. If you go in the direction of Dakhovskaya, the waterfalls will be right along the road to the right, a couple of kilometers from the village. Keep in mind, parking is small. If you arrive not early in the morning, you will have to leave the car on the side of a narrow road.

Coordinates: N 44 ° 15’39.1 ″, E 40 ° 12’3.9 ″.

How much is: a ticket for an adult - 300 rubles, children under 14 years old - 150 rubles, children under 5 years old - free of charge.

Rufabgo Falls, prices of summer 2015

You can get there for free if you walk from the Kamennomostsky down the left Belaya River from the Khadzhokhskaya gorge. We did not go on this route. They say there is a very steep descent. Yes, and just had no time to look. So if someone went - sign off where the beginning of the trail and how cool it is. Better with the coordinates.

I would like to take a walk to these waterfalls, but not to give 900 rubles each time for the entrance ...

Do you like Rufabgo Falls?

Were there? What did you think of it?
